Monard Law is one of the larger independent law firms in Belgium, with a strong local presence.
We have a heartfelt commitment to our clients. We aim to advise, assist, and support them in every possible way. We are not only experts in our field, but also like to consider ourselves as companions on the journey, thinking ahead, leading, and inspiring. We always go the extra mile, working thoroughly, quickly, and honestly towards finding practical solutions. And above all, we always put the client first.
For our employees, we want to be a place where you can call it your “home”, where you are allowed to grow and take initiatives without limits. A place where you can connect your talents and passion with those of your colleagues and clients. A place where you can talk and listen, learn and help, where you can inspire and flourish.
Due to our expanding activities, we are currently seeking an associate to join our employment law team in Brussels and/or Gent.
"Do a lot of what you love to do" is one of the slogans of our mission statement.
- You will advise our Belgian and international clients and, depending on your interests and expertise, you will be dealing with individual labor law (including recruitment, dismissal, salary issues), collective labor law (including collective bargaining, reorganization, transfer of business), international mobility, social criminal law and advisory work of all kinds.
- The courts and tribunals will hold no secrets for you. In other words, you will be on the front line with a very diverse range of tasks.
- We are a dynamic practice group where ideas can be shared and know-how can be exchanged.
- Depending on your personal ambitions, we can set your career goals together. Would you like to develop your own clientele in the long term and grow within our organization, would you like to develop a certain expertise, would you like challenging legal work but still have a manageable agenda: we try to find a great place for everyone in the team!
